Vias Ferratas has exploded in popularity over recent years, with thousands of people enjoying this fantastic outdoor sport with a mixture of difficulty, fear and exercise.

The day starts at the PaddleinSpain Centre Group – meeting in Priego (Cuenca). This place its only half an hour distance from Cuenca, and two hours distance from Madrid.

The Hoces of Priego offers stunning views and big rock walls together with the river Escabas, giving you an awesome surrounding .

You will receive your equipment,and you will meet your instructors. Afterwards once briefed you’ll be ready to get started, begining with some basic skill learing, you will be practising the climbing techniques.

This superb introduction and suitable for families to this popular sport will give you a solid base of understanding, from which you can take Climb up max. high 40mts from the ground, it has approx 5 bridges, 3 zipline cables, cargo-net climbs and hair raising ascents up exposed rock.

We will climb several large walls, where our challenging will be improving us all the time. You will enjoy this adventure taking us a 2 hours of action.

Restrictions:

• Minimum age: 8 years 
• Juniors must be accompanied of an adult
• Before your booking, please inform to the centre if you are exceptionally tall or overweight, or if you have any medical conditions, disabilities which affect your ability to partake in the activity
• Climbing can be affected by extreme weather conditions, if in doubt please check with the centre before setting off.

This activity is available the whole year (depending on weather conditions)

Meeting times will be :

• Morning : 10am
• Afternoon: 5pm
