Half day Paddle Surf training and tour and Via Ferrata on the Tous Lake.

The day starts at the PaddleinSpain Centre Group – this center is located in Villanueva de Castellón, However we drive only half an hour and we find the “Embalse de Tous”  This excursion is recommended to everybody to Paddle Surf and Via Ferrata . Its a very nice tour, where at the beginning we will refresh our movements and practice all our skills and then we will paddle all around the Lake.

You will meet your instructor, receive your equipment. We will be getting change, we will do some warm-up exercises, get a briefing on safety and getting ready to enjoying the environment. Your instructor will be accompanying you all the time on board.

We will paddle across the Lake of Tous reaching the virgin area with spectacular views on a natural surroundings. It is a very quiet place, we will discover the old village sunk in the swamp, where we will have the option to snorkel a little bit and see the ancient remains of watchtowers, a Castle from XII century.

At midday we will do eat our picnic lunch including a big sandwich, sample of tapa, desert and water.

And continue our double experience with an introduction of  Via Ferrata “Fuente del Chorrico” small Via Ferrata, where you only have to climb a few meters along a path, well equipped with the steps quite close together, 55mts high without any difficulty and perfect for an introduction on mountain sports.

Restrictions:

• Minimum age: 10 years
  
• Juniors must be accompanied of an adult
• All participants must know how to swim
• Before your booking, please inform to the centre if you are exceptionally tall or overweight, or if you have any medical conditions, disabilities which affect your ability to partake in the activity or pregnancy.
